meet Chad

Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, Chad learned first-hand the knowledge and responsibilities that come with being a successful real estate agent. Chad gained years of experience working under the direct supervision of his grandparents who spent a lifetime building a successful real estate firm in South Mississippi. Looking to expand his professional skills, Chad joined the national homebuilder, Fleetwood Homes, where he served as a housing consultant winning customer satisfaction awards year after year.
Chad later graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Recording Industry Management and a minor in Business Administration. Throughout school, Chad worked as a courier and international auditor for FedEx. Chad has also helped engineer and record some of Nashville’s most popular musicians.
Today, Chad is again dedicated to helping buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals. Chad believes that integrity, experience and current market knowledge are crucial in protecting today’s homebuyers and sellers.
Chad has completed extensive training in real estate law, appraisal, financing and marketing. He is also a trained 1031 exchange agent for the tax savvy investor. Chad is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, the national and state associations of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
